Building Solutions Group was created by Andrew Bermudez, Vice President and Partner of Lee & Associates in Irvine, California.
Building Solutions Group (BSG) was born from the vision that commercial real estate transactions should not take as long as they currently do today.
We wanted to get properties listed and leased or sold immediately. We wanted to represent Tenants and Buyers and find them the perfect space asap. If “Months-On-Market” is a landlord’s or User’s concern, “Minutes-On-Market” was ours. So, we innovated the way in which commercial real estate is done, so that our clients can reach their goals in 1/2 the time it usually takes or less. We are tenacious, hard-working, innovative and are not afraid to try the unconventional to help our clients to obtain their commercial real estate goals.
We specialize in helping Tenants, Buyers, Landlords and Sellers to achieve high-quality results in the most optimal amount of time. We are driven to outperform not only the competition, but mostly ourselves.
