The Building Solutions Group (BSG) team was created by Andrew Bermudez, Senior Vice President and Partner of Lee & Associates in Irvine, California. It was born from the vision that commercial real estate transactions should not take as long as they currently do today.
We wanted to get properties listed and leased or sold immediately. We wanted to represent Tenants and Buyers and find them the perfect space asap. If “Months-On-Market” is a landlord’s or User’s concern, “Minutes-On-Market” was ours. So, we innovated the way in which commercial real estate is done, so that our clients can reach their goals in 1/2 the time it usually takes or less. We are tenacious, hard-working, innovative and are not afraid to try the unconventional to help our clients to obtain their commercial real estate goals.
